When I started working at thoughtbot, a global software design and development agency, the culture shock was intense in the best way. Being in a company full of developers and other technically skilled folks meant that we ran things differently than GTM orgs I've worked with before.
The biggest difference I saw was in how we approach our work. Everything we do in done in the spirit of the Agile Manifesto. We use Agile Methodology on client projects, leading to reduced risk and whole, working products that users love. Seeing where this methodology can solve some big challenges in enablement, I've begun to create frameworks that will help us get these same outcomes on the GTM side of the house.
I'm offering these frameworks for free in hopes that they'll help other Revenue Enablement pros execute quicker, more iteratively, and ultimately make a huge impact in their own orgs.
